Patients Association - HealthCare Charity

The Patients Association was set up more than 40 years ago to promote the voice of patients in healthcare. It is a registered charity based in North London staffed by paid and unpaid staff committed to making a difference to the ‘Patient Journey’.

We, the family of Thomas Milner, would like to thank the Patients Association for all their help and support to us. We only wanted some simple answers to some simple questions from the Palliative Care Department of the Northern General Hospital, Sheffield. We are still waiting!
