Our reply 22/9/09 to Sir Andrew Cash OBE, Chief Executive of the Sheffield Teaching Hospital Foundation Trust's, erroneous letter. A copy of which was sent also to Gordon Brown P.M., Andy Burnham, Health Sectretary, other Department of Health Officials, M.P.'s and members of the House of Lords.

The above also received a copy of our email reply to Dr. Mike Richmond, Medical Director of Sheffield Teaching Hospital Trust - See WHY NOW? in title banner. Dr. Mike Richmond telephoned Tom's daughter 24/9/09 a few days after it was brought to Andrew Cash's attention that his letter 14/8/09 was INCORRECT. When asked Dr. Mike Richmond said that the Sheffield Teaching Hospital Trust would NOT stand by the incorrect details listed in Sir Andrew's letter if being quoted in the press!).
