Medical blunders cost teenager his life

Our Legal Team advised us that they use a '5 Star rating system' guideline to measure Medical Standards when trying to prove medical negligence.

This wide/loose range of 'acceptable medical standards' allows NHS medical staff to say 'care was appropriate and within professional guidelines'.

1 Star rating from the lawyer's guidelines is - JUST BARELY ADEQUATE - but falls into the 'appropriate and professional guideline' bracket!!!

The 'Bolam' Test is used to determine medical negligence.
