Terminal Sedation is being debated at the moment. Some patients who were not dying, such as the Gosport War Memorial Hospital 'victims' were put on Terminal Sedation pathways and died.

In Thomas's case, he was terminally ill BUT was not given adequate Terminal Sedation.
