Corruption, Lies and Deceit in the NHS.The NHS Complaints Procedure is bogus. The Office of Nigel Farage UKIP-MEP says:''there is a plethora of advisory bodies set up simply to waste your time" and the final stage, the Ombudsman "is slow, biased in the Trusts favour and conditional upon no legal action being taken!"

It's suppose to be the Caring profession! All we have found is that the NHS is full of Corruption, Lies and Deceit.
Quote from another fellow 'complainant" who's partner died: 'Trust's see complainants as a game, either chess, where we are the pawns, or poker, where they hold all of the aces'. "My partner's death certificate stated, "metastatic lung carcinoma", when the Healthcare Commissions "clinical expert" has stated that none of the CXR's showed any sign of lung cancer?"
If it wasn't so serious, the games that the NHS play in the Complaints Procedure would be highly commendable as a story of intrigue!
16/12/09 Justifying Mistakes?
3 Months after Dr. Mike Richmond, Medical Director of Sheffield Teaching Hospital Trust telephoned us and said that the Hospital would NOT stand by the times of set up and refill of the morphine syringe driver as listed in Sir Andrew Cash's letter to us, when it was said that we would contact the Press - A document justifying Sir Andrew's list turns up!
This document was NOT included in the complete set of Medical Notes in our possession and does NOT match the times of set up and refill of the morphine syringe driver as noted in the 'Medical Expert's Report" nor in a previous NHS letter. Copies of all documents will be on site shortly.
26/10/09 Still Waiting!
1.Sir Andrew Cash OBE, Chief Executive, Sheffield Teaching Hospital Trust (sth), has still NOT apologised for his ERRONEOUS letter - See CASE POINTS 'Letter from Sir Andrew Cash OBE'. WHAT ARE THEY COVERING UP?
2.The office of our UKIP-MEP Nigel Farage has still NOT RECEIVED a reply to their letter - See CASE POINTS 'UKIP-MEP Letter to NHS'. Three simple questions were asked about care and medication!
3.The Leeds based NHS 'Medical Expert" who invoiced us £2165.83 for her ERRONEOUS Medical Report, has NOT contacted us although we have tried to contact her. Our UKIP-MEP says she must sue for payment or concede that her writings were INCORRECT. HER SILENCE SEEMS TO DENOTE THE LATTER.In the Telegraph 5/7/09 Dr. Throssell, Deputy Medical Director of the NHS Sheffield Teaching Hospital Trust talking about the day before Thomas Milner died 'When asked by a Doctor 10/1/06, Mr. Milner indicated he was not in pain and therefore the Doctor agreed with the nurse that further medication was not required'.

The Doctor's comment's seem odd v. the medical notes!
Medical Notes state:
9/1/06 Nurse wrote 18.00p.m. - 'Tom too ill to have a discussion with staff'.
10/1/06 Palliative Care Doctor wrote 10.30a.m. - 'Probably unaware of surroundings'.
GOD HELP US ALL AND SHAME ON THEM!
